Upped the distance again tonight, 19.5 miles completed. Legs are feeling OK at the moment, but tomorrow could be interesting. Holy feck dude! I've never run that distance in one go ever. Did a good 6 hrs in the front garden. Needed a good thinning out, had a couple of out of control yukkas and agave clusters. Ended up with over a dozen yukka canes and a pile of agaves. Posted them on a local community FB page and they were all but gone in 30 mins! Have a couple of canes and an agave...

That was Snapchat (the message can only be played twice and then they auto delete) and on Jess' phone not mine.

She's a ranga and not overly fit.

I'm an Sdoc100 fan. It works for me. Doesn't look like we can get that here (and postage from U.K. Isn't economical) but from reading about it, it's a dry lube like DeeGee recommended.
