Can you connect it to a computer via USB and see of it recognises it? At least that way you could get any data off the phone before factory reset.

I updated and it was ok for me.
They got rid of the tracking as it was slowing the servers down. No idea if they intend to bring it back.

Gave the 999 a quick clean after getting caught in a downpour on the way to the MOT station, it's had a full service and QA throttle fitted at Louigimoto. Blimey the throttle is gong to get used to its very quick indeed !!! Had new race air filters fitted ...

... not to cover it under warranty as a third party item was at fault. It's been very frustrating but being positive I've learnt some stuff along the way which is always very good. Especially electrickery which has never been my strong point (blush)
