Re: Seamless gearbox on a road bike?
My money is on Ducati or Aprilia being first. Japanese companies are rarely the first at these things as profit is their ultimate goal. They seem better at evolution and refinement though Honda were very good at innovation at one time.

Re: 2014 Kawasaki Z1000SX ongoing review
Aren't Suzukis generally made out of cheese? I've not heard too many glowing reports about their build quality. I like the SX, it ticks most boxes. It's not the greatest looking bike I know but you get a lot for your money. It's great for work and I had no complaints ...

Re: Seamless gearbox on a road bike?
... hence why the seamless gearbox (while not as good as DCT) is still used in MotoGP. Kawasaki, IMO, will be the leader of road bikes because of their supercharged engines. For a commuter they're perfect because they are potentially lighter (needing a smaller capacity engine for the same output), ...

Re: 2014 Kawasaki Z1000SX ongoing review
Doing some window shopping. These bikes seem to hold their value. 2014 models with average mileage are going for around the £7k mark. I'm going to have a look in the autumn to see what the market is like. New ones can be had for around the £9k mark. ...

Turkey
Might be a place to avoid for a couple of years. They've got ISIS and the PKK on their doorstep and both seem able to drift in and out of Turkey at will.
I had noticed recently that it has started to become more conservative.
Shame, I like the place.

Re: The Press
The Express is worse than the Sun these days. No fact to their reporting, just make believe to create false beliefs amongst those unable to question what they are told.

Re: Cameron to resign.
Corbyn has played a blinder. The press are slagging him off but he's cleared labour of the right wingers and Blairites. Over 10,000 turned up this evening to show their support for him.
He's going to gut the labour party and give it back to the old style working class labour voter.

It's a nightmare.. I reckon 80% of voteleave was to do with Immigration yet we will be worse off for leaving the EU because of immigration.
People jump the gun with their assumptions when half an hour on Google would tell them a lot of what they thought is wrong.

Re: Cameron to resign.
Anybody who signs Article 50 will almost certainly also be the instigator of the break up of the United Kingdom. Not sure anyone wants that on their CV. Johnson and Gove thought Cameron would do it, now he has refused they are reluctant to take the baton on. In my opinion we should have a General ...
