... were at it including the missus at karate grading. Eldest lad got his 2nd level purple belt with white stripe and the youngest and missus both got their yellow belts. I'm going for a run after work. I guess I m going to have to step my game up and at least go for a PB as the bar has been set high........haha

Family Kwacky did their taekwondo grading. Everyone did really well and my daughter came second in overall grading. We're not told until next week if we passed

Much of that is to do with the fact most Nations use their flag With respect and dignity. Over the years the Union Jack and St George flag has been associated with right wing politics and football hooligans.
