I did my own dinner last night and in true bloke style it started off being beans on toast but by the time I had finished it had egg, bacon, mushrooms and sausages on the plate

Another salad !!

Meatballs and pasta with puttanesca sauce, also drinking ginger pop and lime juice.

I've had all of those apart from barramundi.

Beer battered barramundi and chips.

You know you're in the Northern Territory when there is Barramundi, Kangaroo, Emu and Crocodile on the menu at the pub.

Nothing. A situation which I must rectify shortly.

Sitting in Darwin drinking by myself. Changed from staying out at the airport to the city so there would be more to do and more choices for eating. Been here 6 hrs and I'm bored shitless. I've already sweated my way thru one set of clothes thinking it would be a good idea to do a 5 km walk along ...

A very healthy mini roast chicken dinner.

Mashed potato (just potato, no butter or milk), chicken breast fillet grilled and mixed veg.

Steak (regular adult male serving) mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn and wedges.

I went and bought a massive bag of shelled peanuts because of this conversation.

However, I have shared them with my colleagues, because I am all that is good and right with the universe...

God. Help. Us.

Unsalted nuts are really healthy... they contain lots of fibre and the sort of fats the body can process easily. Good snacking...
