Had my lad home crook with a tummy bug, poor lad was hurling all morning and looked washed out by the arvo. Had to carry him to bed straight after dinner as he'd passed out on the couch. At leas he managed to eat a few morsels.

https://www.iadorecoffee.com.au/killercoffee/ Bought some of this coffee online before I got home for this break, claimed to have up to 6 times the caffeine of normal coffee yet not be bitter like other strong coffees. Just finished my first 200g of beans and I must say I'm loving it. The taste is ...

I refuse to work it out, I don't even pay much attention to how much fuel I put in it, just try to guess how far I can get between full ups.. The RSV had an eco mode too, it was called off.. (giggle) I'm the same. I was religious with the Daytona and mileage results, but now the Multi is just for f...

Totally insane.. Tonight I went for a chill out run, 5 miles of hills but at a 10:30 pace. It was really nice. I'v...

Yep, most of the riding was between 14-17 deg C. I was pretty ok with it but Jess felt cold at times.

Mainly got...
