No one maintains a constant speed.. most people probably drive +/- 2mph of their chosen speed. That could land you a fine of 50% of your weekly income. It happened to me yesterday, there were lots of pedestrians, cars pulling out etc which took most of my attention. ...

They're not requiring people to do anything other than drive to the standards of the driving test they passed to earn their licence....to maintain and practice skills they already possess.

It is, they don't know how lucky they are. Bloody ingrates!

They only actually have to go there 3 days a week (I send them every day) and spend half of their time outside.

As someone that lived there for 15 years and had children, the simple answer is to stop parents sending kids to anywhere other than their local school. Some people are driving their kids 10 miles across town to get a better school. Our old garden overlooked the local school car park, and ...
