Re: Pet Dog Stalemate

Me and my best mate have been pals for 9 years or so now. I absolutely dread the day he is not about any more. Yes they are a tie. But so are families and mortgages and stuff . I think alot of people's problems come from choosing the wrong breed ...

As I have recently been posting, my son is now looking at University options for next year, something we never ever thought would happen 10 years ago, so nothing should stop your son reaching his capabilities. Some of the most famed and wealthiest people have issues that appear quite prominently ...

Re: Pet Dog Stalemate

I love dogs, had two Weinmaraners in NZ. But as had been said it's a big commitment. My kids have been hassling me for a couple of years too, but the current state of my marriage has stopped the wife siding with them. I'd love them to have a dog but I'm away 40% of the time, wife works ...

Re: Too many traffic lights

I made this observation years ago, I spent a great deal of time in the car in London, and the lights were set up for really short green and bloody long reds.... Was becoming a joke, especially as you sit there for ever and then the plonker ...

Re: 2016 Honda CBR600rr

Back on two wheels

... protection, plenty of storage and enough oomph for the motorway too and I'm not going to have time for pleasure rides for the next couple of busy years anyway. I parked it at work in a bike shed full of sports bikes and it stood out as the biggest thing in there :) Pics to follow later tonight.

... December to 12th December ......... Always a gamble. When I was a child my parents used to take us for two weeks over Christmas every year. Some years would be amazing conditions, some utterly dire. We tend to go Jan/Feb or even early March, but I prefer to watch the weather & book short ...
