No, not just BREXIT, we've had an ageing population and a skills shortage for many years. Sadly the government (including the previous Labour government to some degree) has managed to convince a majority of voters that Mohamed the brain surgeon is after their job!

... it turns out we were at school together 50 miles away. We knew who each other was as soon as we mentioned school. I haven't seen him for nearly 48 years! He lives not far from me now.
