Had my 731 calorie shake for breakfast and have a soup ready for 5pm before the gym.

Legs yesterday.. got a new PB (145kg for 2 reps). I felt absolutely $hagged for the rest of the day though so had to keep eating until I felt better - suprisingly my legs feel pretty great today

Someone brought a bottle of Jim Beam Honey Tea or something to last week's beer call.

He put coke in it and said it was good and I should try it.

It wasn't.

He said it tasted better neat and I should try it.

It didn't.

I'd sooner suck on a manky verruca toe than drink that again!
