... to matter what I did. At this stage I was doing no real notable exercise. Started regular walking/hiking and the weight is starting to fall away again. Down 3kg in 6 weeks. But my fitness has increased as well and I’m having to carry extra weight just to get the same intensity over 1-1.5 hrs. ...

... deal as I’ve not used it due 9 months. Went out with Mrs Cookie out to start the running in process. Dry when we left, then we got wet, then dry again. Stopped for a coffee at Doms. Then dry, wet, dry, soaking fooking wet, dry then monsoon as we got home. FFS Her new bike is filthy. Poor thing 😄

Yeah...it's the first episode, and I remember seeing it 3 or 4 years ago. The horrible dubbing isn't doing it any favors.
