Re: TT - closer to the edge. on tv 30/5

He is definitely entertaining I agree Rossgo which is as you say why the producers will have focused on him. I think the other top riders were put out as they got limited coverage compared to GM and in their words GM hasn't won a TT, yet anyway.

Personally I like GM both on and off track.

A lot of the top racers were unhappy with it mainly as its the Guy Martin show, but have to say I enjoyed it.

Cracking review.

I can't say I'm a massive fan of the looks, but there's no doubting it's a desireable bike.

Sounds good and as you say you have the time and don't mind investing cash into a long term project. Going to be a great bike when you have finished and now you have a dedicated commuter bike the six won't get the same level of all year round abuse.

I've only heard good things about these. As you say, you can wear them all year so in theory you only need one pair of gloves.

But what serious biker only has 1 pair of gloves (devil)

BMW deny they do it and refuse to hand the data over, even in cases involving fatal accidents, because BMW say they don't have that data.

So there is no chance of a prosecution from it.

I would not say its harsh on the road but the damping is definitely progressive as it is firm when needed. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. It is expensive ...

That camera looks very nice Kwacky thought you was going to say Go Pro or Drift! I've only ever had a camera attached to my bike once (go pro) but didn't trust the suction cap! Looks like it's well protected by your fuel cap
