Re: McLaren pit garage nearly 40 years apart

There would be more than booze involved if James Hunt was at the party.

Some of the stories about him are unbelieveable. How he used to drive a car like that is beyond me.

Re: McLaren pit garage nearly 40 years apart

I honestly prefer the 70's to current day. World or a few people in charge of it have gone mad in recent decades. I would happily trade everything I have in modern life to go back to a simpler, less stressful and less regulated way of life. Yeah, but would you go back to looking for porn in hedgero...

I got a puncture on a virtually new rear a few years back, got it plugged and went on to do a full seasons riding and a track day on it. My gp racers was a bad example and I guess its personal. Re: McLaren pit garage nearly 40 years apart

Still hanging about not doing a lot. 1 guy is clearly wasting g time organising all the bolts in the correct holder in his tool box, another guy is jabbing at the rear looking in ore of the F1 car, 1 geezer is laying on the front sleeping and 2 are chilling chatting away probably talking g about fla...

Manc Bike Show - 23rd/24th March

Located at Event City, near the Trafford Centre, this is billed as being a good show. Can't comment myself, having never made it to one in all the years I've lived around here (shake) This year we have a little more reason to make the effort, as The Ram's Fireblade will be on display at the Hunts ...

... with 800 miles on the clock. So apologies for boring you with that one. The fact of the matter is, I had a great bonus from work following last years performance and I thought now was as good a time to swap the Triumph. But in reality, now the Spudlets have stopped chipping paint off the skirting ...

Re: Max Clifford

If he committed an offence 40-50 years ago and its still a crime now and there is sufficient evidence to convict, then its right he should be punished for it.

My concern in all this is how many of these crimes were maybe reported to the police at the time and no one did anything about it?

First time for everything

I've never had a puncture on a tubeless tyre before now. I have years ago on my old honda super dream 250/400 days of inner tubes. Sadly that changed today on a 2 day old pilot road 2. Somehow I managed to roll over some smashed mirror fragments outside ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

The bike never seems to grow any older (cool) I reckon your right to wait a while before modding a bike, it took me 4 years before starting to mod the RSV. I'm so happy I waited as now I know exactly what I want to do with the bike and how I want it to look. I know your going to do ...
