Re: A new slapper
Reminds me of a conversation I had with the surgeon while he was doing Sarah's stitches after the twins
Me - How many?
Him - 10
Me - Make it 20!

Re: A new slapper
What birthing method did you use, the hands on approach or the waiting down the pub for the phone call? I was hands on, 3 chicks in labour and only two midwifes so we got left alone a fair bit, so I kept 'checking' the gas to make sure it was still 'working' (lol) HAHA After Will was born (first on...

WOO HOO well done you guys!
Amazing isn't it, not the actual child birth obviously that sucks. But the whole world changes in an instant.

Re: Slappers in France - June 2016
Personally I like to spend as much of my riding holidays riding and the rest drinking and eating.
I'm the same with Sking holidays, first on the lift in the morning last one down in the evening.
Anyway it's your holiday, enjoy.

Re: Slappers in France - June 2016
Think the cabins cost about 50 quid and sleep 4, but not 100% on the cost. I've always booked them through Eurocamp and they get you a massive discount.

St Malo has overnights, but yes price is going up to over 200 quid return depending on how many share a cabin.

Re: Slappers in France - June 2016
Price wise don't forget to factor in a hotel in Portsmouth Wednesday night. Unless you're going to leave Brum at around 4/5am to get to the ferry at 8am.
The over night ferry does take a lot of the stress out of it, plus you're on the road in France by 9am fully breakfasted.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Might go and have a look at this one, more than I wanted to pay but it's a 2012 reg with 1225 miles on it and the dealer does 0% finance. Seriously 1225 miles, the previous owner should be shot! http://www.somanybikes.com/used-KAWASAKI-ZX-6R-Oldham-Manchester-648787" onclick="window.open(t...

Re: What are you doing today ??
If you don't mind me asking, howcome you're going for a brand new bike? You could get a 1 year old for £2k less I'm not necessarily, just looking at all the options. Can't afford a nearly new bike, as I've only got 5k to spend but the 0% finance on a new bike from Kawasaki is very tempting. To be h...
