Half way through my last night shift, then 12+ hrs off travel and I’ll be home for 4 weeks.

Fruit for lunch. The night shift cook that came on last week is bloody terrible. Silver lining is I’m sure to drop some weight which means I can put it all on again with yummy stuff once I get home

But how are you going to get the blocks of ice in the hip flask?

Don’t stuff about, just go a hydration pack with ice and premix
