Re: Guess the fine
To summarise Blades explaination, we are very similar at my work. Any override requires mitigation. You can't just take out a safety barrier and not mitigate the increased risk. Simple bow tie theory of risk control. I have no knowledge of the incident apart from what I read here, but to override a ...

Wear and tear would be valid if the jacket was in a shabby well used state, with other bits failing as well. But you saying the jacket is in top shape expect for a failed zip says to me it's not wear and tear but a less than worthy zip for that jacket.

Re: What are you doing today ??
It's clearly that time of year for the kids to be sick. Both of mine have had colds recently. Indeed. Changing seasons and all that. Bit dishearting as this year my roster lined up so I had them for two big chunks of two lots of school holidays and both of them have been hampered by sickness. Next ...

The brought in timing for the obvious reason of getting the groups sorted better, as we all now a mid group can be bloody slow or bloody fast depending on who turns up, so our med-slow and med-fast groups where usually the worst for extremes. But they don't want people doing exactly what you said, t...

My problem is living in the sticks I have to travel so far to get anything decent. We went to a specific park about 40 km away that has been showing a mini pikachu nest on the app for a few days but came up dry today.

Got a day off whilst we have a new sat dish fitted..... Not so bad I thought, that'll be done in the morning and I'll have all afternoon to get out on the bike, get a hike in at my own pace or just laze around and watch tv, the sun is even shining. (sun) Until I woke up this morning that is, and fo...

Using the pokewhere app found a pollywrath today, 15 odd ultra balls and 3 raspberries and then the barstard ran away too! Got a bunch of 700-900 CP Kanga's, a 576 Drowsee and 3 600-800 CP Electrobuzz. Got my Margikarp candy up by 40 doing a walk around the Olympic regatta center as well. And walked...

The track days at Eastern Creek are all crono. It's just a little sticker on your windscreen with a chip in it, costs you nothing and it's mandatory. Once you have it you just quote the code number on it each track day. They monitor the times and adjust people accordingly, but riders don't get acces...

Ah cheers.
I have noticed that a few Pokémon I've powered up and topped out have then been able to be powered up more once I'd levelled up.

I don't mean the spew, I handle that ok, I mean the 4 kids 24 hrs a day. I just did a full 24 hrs with mine and Jess' solo and it broke me! The Aussie bush is pretty cool, nothing on NZ bush but after 14 yrs here I can see the beauty in it now. That walk into the waterfall is nice and only 20 mins 4...

If The lad isn't too sick tomorrow planning on giving it a nudge. I'll put the kids on scooters so they don't give up after 3 km.

Apart from that it's good thanks (y) First world problems I guess :? There is no judgement on the vent thread ;) After our big day out then 1.5 hr hours at gymnastics (Jess' daughter and my girl both go) took the kids out for dinner and thought I'd treat myself to a cider. "I'll have the Hillb...

Doing a Monty Jess and her kids stayed last night and just sent her off to work. School hol's here, so I have 4 to control today. Might turn out to be a bad idea but I'm trapping them all in the Pathfinder with me and we are having a day (light) 4WDing and bush walking. I guess if it gets all to mu...
