:D

Presumably just because there would be no load on the wheel/gearbox if the wheel was in the air?

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

3 days on the best roads in the UK, South Wales. Should have been 9 days but Sarah was ill so had to come home early. Still utterly fantastic though and only an hour from my mums new place. Bring on 2019

Re: Blades Scalpel

I've got a 180/55 m7rr on the ktm, was a little disappointed that it didn't take a 190 bit I've never had an issue with running out of tire. I have used every mm of the tyre on both sides though (blush) (rock)

Re: What are you eating ??

Figs themselves are filled with wasps though. There's always a dead wasp inside a fig. They're what makes a fig from a flower. Almost certain.

Enjoy your snack.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

I've got a Ninja 400 for the day. Nice little bike, but it is tiny. The handling is ace, it's really sharp. It's pretty gutless over 80mph though, which isn't a surprise given the smell engine.

Re: MV Agusta 800 EAS - a brief fling

... Last time i went the owner took us round the back into their storage, they had some seriously nice bikes in the back. It's not the biggest dealer though, so i imagine Ducati have standards for size of showroom etc.

Re: MV Agusta 800 EAS - a brief fling

Not in any way trying to put you off MV but just a heads up that when they were a Ducati dealer they got very varied reviews from very good to fecking awful.

The bike is a stunner though.

I am tempted. It's something a bit different. I do like the Triumphs though, but riding the 800 has made me decide that I want a bike that likes to be revved, so it's the 765RS if I get a Triumph.

Re: What you watching?

Nascar racing from Road America, which is.....somewhere?? Back East I suppose, as there's lots of grass & trees. Place looks like the 'Ring.

Looks like a decent track though.....5 mile lap or so.

Re: Just say No

Drinking responsibly and occasionally irresponsibly is never going to kill you, though I totally respect anyone’s decided to abstain.

Myself, I’m enjoying the f**k out of plenty of gin atm.

Re: Cal Crutchlow

He must be collecting good money on that bike though - it's well funded and partly from Honda, so he's cashing in and i guess still enjoying it.

He must be worth a few million by now. 8)
