I'm very impressed with my IXS goretex stuff but it is only 6 months old, seems like it will last though and I have had RST gear fail more quickly than that.

... arm and right shoulder froze. I've tried various exercises but I think the damage to the shoulder means it'll never be 100%. I know what you mean though. It's very very rare for me to get doms in my arms and shoulders as a result of the early onset of fatigue.
