No Rossgo I have lots of luck....just it's all bad luck. Waited in all day for 3 deliveries that never came the other day even though the delivery was confirmed. Waited in a 2nd day and it arivved at 7pm and you guessed it damaged. Not cheap tat either but furniture from a high end (allegedly) ...

Rest day today after 2 days working on arms, lats and chest. Im up to 4 sessions a week and eating healthier than ever at 2000 calories a day... And gaining weight... Loosing fat though so im happy.

Yes they do wear quicker but they are only £15 a pair and will last a season. Easy to remove and replace each season.

... but most of it is ridiculously overpriced and cheaper/easier to pop to Tesco for. We do have some amazing tasting Maximuscle Protein bars coming though, which DON'T take your teeth out by trying to bite into them. Also, they take like Twix

White wine, but wondering if you can drink gin as it comes... Forgot the tonic and haven't got any ice..

Do have a bottle of Luxemburg's own gin though, tried a drop last night and its quite nice.

No issues at all. She's clearly much stronger. It was good watching her work (in a non-pervy way), seeing how controlled her movements were and the way she was engaging her muscles. She wasn't a talker though so we didn't exchange tips :)

... are cool.. Quickshifters are cool.. Both are totally unnecessary for the road.. I want both on my road bike (devil) I can only get a quickshifter though so that will do... Auto-blippers are cool..

Quickshifters are cool..

Both are totally unnecessary for the road..

I want both on my road bike (devil) I can only get a quickshifter though so that will do...

Probably partly me never having owned a bike with one fitted so not a lot of experience using one. I do like autoblipper though. They are a great asset to swift road riding.

... they're going to be great. Pirelli aren't going to spend 15 years in SBK and then get their first multiple compound tyre wrong. Interestingly though, I can't find a single review or test on the internet in English.
