Re: The new improved fitness thread

There's a knack to front squats. I haven't found it yet though! We're just over 2 weeks into Insanity now. Still hard, still covered in sweat after every session but it seems to be paying off. Had a quick measure of my waist and I've lost an inch already. ...

Re: New track toy

Looks the business Mick, sadly though I'm with StM, after making a bike look so good, I couldn't bear to see it trashed on track. :|

Re: Is biking in the blood?

... my grandad was big into bikes. Apparently he used to be a mechanic for the British speedway champion , bob someone. Kitchen maybe. I forget now , though I do keep meaning to look it up and see if there are pics of him. Apparently after the war , somebody must have owed him a huge favour because ...

Re: New HADECS Speed cameras. Rear facing too...

It doesn't though, does it? It's making sure you stick to the limits. You can't kick up a fuss because you want to break the speed limits.

... I wanted and I could save myself £25 a month for a similar service. Last week the Mrs knocked my phone off a table and broke part of the screen though, so I'm tempted to upgrade again. However, I have just had a look around at the offers available and for the data I use I'm looking at about ...

Pass granted. There's a but though.

I'm going to do a run over to cheddar first to confirm the route. If I can get my arse out of bed in time and I don't get lost and I can find my way to stow then I'll see you there.
