Re: She's dead!

... my mind is made up and she's going but just to be sure can you PM me mileage, history and an idea of what you'd want for it. Think I'm done though, the generator I fitted last year in my engine is on the way out already, think it's time for a new bike.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

... the cost of dark visors ha ha. I don't get any light getting into where I don't want it, plus you never have to carry a spare visor again. :) Tip though - don't use to long with outer visor up and inner down, flies are a pain. Re: Biking history

... to own a Ducati and whilst i still owned the 954, i bought this. 2014-05-03 16.13.22.jpg Owning two sportsbikes made no sense to me then (even though the Honda felt like a tourer compared to the 748). So i chopped the 954 in for the Tuono. IMG00197-20100515-1626_2.jpg Only owned the Tuono for ...

Re: Switching from Road to Track

I've took my sliders off my leathers. For two reasons. Unmarked knee sliders look crap. It means I am less tempted to even bother attempting it on the road.

It would look good though, if you had sparky sliders too.

Re: Switching from Road to Track

I think knee down just sort of happened for me, but generally only on one side? My left knee slider is almost unused even though it was the only side that I'd decked the pegs out on my gsxr (obviously not trying hard enough!). It feels more comfortable for me to lean off right than ...

Re: Bassetts Pole

I pass the main routes to it, always police around on the way home. There was a smash on the A5 actually last night in Tamworth, Blocked both the Eastbound lanes. Looked like cars though from what I could see as I headed the oterh way.

Re: Who says electric bikes are only for geeks?

It's got some charm, but not as a bike... does look like a toy. Shame it will sound like a Dyson cleaner though. That's the big problem with electric bikes. What's the first thing any self respecting biker does when they buy a bike, puts a sweet sounding can on it. I don't ...

Re: She's dead!

If you sell the parts to Spudda piece by piece, you might have a enough for a brand new bike by December. :D

Seriously though, Monty, hope it all works out for you.

I know how sick i felt when my Tuono blew up. Really shitty feeling.
