Re: Brexit Round 2

I still fail to see how we will be better off outside though. Its not going to be the case, certainly in my lifetime.

We will definitely be much poorer as a result.

Re: Audi e-tron - the future

I've been browsing electric cars and the one that I would buy would be the Kia Nero, 300 miles range for about £30K, loaded with toys and a 7 year warranty. I need a lottery win to afford it though.

The technology is really picking up now so who knows what will be available in the next 10 years.

Re: weekend plans

My Sis is at ours this weekend for R&R from her horrible domestic situation, so it’s gin, food and hugs at differing/random times. Good to see her though!

Re: Stripping down a 10 year old Desmosedici

Following as well . Work of art that bike

I hope they keep it up as they seem to start things and dont finish them or at least the content.

I am intrigued to how much they got it for though.

I've been following this. The cost of some of the components now is unreal.

Ace bike though.

Was given some good advice this morning

... or just a drink, the vein becomes easier to find and the claret flows easier. Never knew that. So in 3 months time I will follow that advice, although in fairness it is not usually a problem I have really had before. But had I known that, my arms would not be currently looking like a pin cushion ...

Re: Popped over for an hour

We've buggered up with our military might, all the Russians would have to do is knock at our door or knock it down and walk in...depending how polite they want to be. They do test our RAF a bit though by flying near our air space

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Training seems to be going well out here. I mean I have done 3 runs in 6 weeks! :D Have improved each time though. Still not where I want to be but chipping away slowly. As for the weights, they're building up as well. After coming here straight out of the clutches of the physio, ...
