Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Just been out on it to scrub the new tyres in.

Good recommendation, Blade. They seem to have a more linear turn than the Dunlops. Going to have to get them over a long way to get rid of the chicken strips mind. :D

Re: Malaysia Airlines MH370

I see they are saying this morning that the tracking systems were deliberately turned off and they have searched the pilot's house.

Chris Evans was saying yesterday how crap he thought the new engines sounded. Personally i think they sound better...a little more like bikes. :D

I have been offered a front wheel and discs at a decent price today but Might have changed the car today so am tr...

Just bought a quality JHP Ducati front mudguard for the 748 for a silly price on ebay. :)

Don't they usually leave the bike in a car park somewhere and keep an eye on it for a while first?

Thing with a tracker is that if the bike is a plant by the cops then they will get nicked very quickly.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Fitted the new rear brake pads and the carbon swingarm protector i bought a few weeks ago. The swingarm protector looks pukka! I just need the seat hinge to arrive from Germany now and i can fit the monoposto seat unit. It really needs a respray but i am going to try it out for a few weeks first to ...

Years ago when i was about 10 and we lived in Swindon, my mum and dad took the family to London the train. On the way back on the train, Tony Benn sat opposite me and my brother. Though i cannot remember much now, I do recollect the day. My mum says he chatted to me and my brother all the way back t...

Sad loss to British politics. Although i didn't agree with plenty of what he believed in, at least he did genuinely believe in what he said and wouldn't change his mind just to appease his Party. Some of the modern MP's could learn a hell of a lot from him. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-2657...

That's some tracking. A stolen bike tracked from London to Lithuania...and in Lithuania, local plod were happy to do what they are paid to do...unlike they UK equivalents.
