Back on the Gluten free diet after 4 days of eating bread, Saucisson and pastries in France.

Pancakes for breakfast made with chickpea flour, banana, coconut and eggs. Not to shabby.

Went all healthy with a grapefruit for breakfast, roast chicken etc for lunch but went very unhealthy with an overdose of cheese scones (shropshire blue) that Mrs Gee made at 6pm, there were 20 in the batch but only 5 have survived the evening - and I'm the only one eating them.

Gluten, gluten with a side of gluten. Literally sh!tting through the eye of a needle, but it was worth it.

As mentioned in the birthday thread, an 18oz Rib eye steak with garlic butter and bordelaise sauce. Demolished without issue. Yep - had a burger there last week. It was very good. Might pop down later as I can't be arsed to cook today!

Roast gammon joint, cabbage, carrots, baked leeks in cheese sauce and roasties. Lovely!

Oh and apple pie with custard for afters. Can't beat the classics.
