Re: First Home
Montys first pic says it all Cav! (lol) If the agents in U.K. are anything like here those two higher offers could quite well be BS. But you offer what you think it's worth to you and within your budget. If it gets through, good, if it doesn't, something else will turn up. You will adjust your expec...

Need minimum 6 months to enter Timor, which is where our heli-base is. Opened up the passport, 5 months!! Luckily I have a newly renewed NZ passp...

Re: What are you doing today ??
Just Google "Gibson Les Paul 3-pick-up" and a few should pop up. They look like any other guitar to someone who doesn't play, I suppose. I'd get it for much less than....there's a huge markup on most instruments.....prolly get it for about half that if I get serious. Been mulling a new on...

Glad you sorted it Blade. It's always tough looking around for the best deal and who you would trust with your money. Clearly Bemoto must be doing something right They were very good with the mods Rossgo. Brake levers and carbon bits are never an issue but when you start mentioning multi bikes with...

Very, very impressive KK. Like yourself, I haven't climbed for years now. However unlike you, climbing was a passion of mine from an early age. It actually had an influence on my life course.: As a child I would climb anything, trees, then walls, then cliffs etc... I never had any tuition whatsoeve...

Re: Insurance quote
Totally agree with you, riders will crash through no fault of their own due to mechanical failure. But in nearly all of those cases there was a human factor involved in the failure. Race bikes and components are made and run on the edge. That's a human decision. We could engineer out all that risk, ...

Jess and I took the kids rock climbing. It's one of the few physical activities my boy will entertain. I set the kids a challenge (3 oldest ones) on a wall with 3 step out ledges. $2 if they got over the first, $4 if they got over the second and $10 if the make it over the third and touch the roof (...

Tonight, looking on all the forums, for spares for my track bikes, and mods for my road bike. Attempting to advertise excess parts, for sale, that i no longer require. Tomorrow, going to the surgeon, to have my arm X-rayed again, after a bone graft from my pelvis. My arm was broken in 4 places, and...
