That isn't the gross profit margin, Cav, that is their net profit to turnover margin after deducting all the running costs of the company. They make about 35% gross profit on sales. TBH i think many people would be shocked to see how little margin ...

The company is a pretty slick set up. If savings can be made they make them there and then and don't wait for problems to arise.

Their net profit is currently approx 10% of their turnover. Simple maths dictates that something has to give somewhere.
