Re: What are you eating ??

The meals are well balanced and with great variety to introduce kids to a wide range of foods. The me...

Re: Weekend Plans

I've completed my IAM and have my qualification already. I did it about a year ago now. Personally I believe that the IAM level of riding/driving should be the driving standard. I understand this would make many people fail their driving test but so what! It would mean more people driving illegally...

Re: Weekend Plans

Spot on with that Rossgo, the Indian/Asian/Italian/Mexican food was pretty good, I'm told the English trad stuff was below par, but hey - if you want that go to a carvery. Let's just say I ate myself to a standstill (eating sushi for dessert!), I've been so sluggish today as well. Definitely go aga...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

repacked the exhaust can on the 500. How much does this cost? Is this a standard can or aftermarket? exhaust can is a race scorpion. repacked with Acoustafil, works really well. this (for example) will do two cans. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ACOUSTAFIL-PTX-SILENCER-PACKING-600mm-Wide-x-1-Metre-/2618...
