BottPower prject

Been following these for a while. They built a bike for the Pikes Peak last year, so tyhey are proper race bikes and not some custom build for beardies. This is the latest bike. https://scontent.flhr2-2.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/31793490_1900177283333981_6840098219062460416_n.jpg?_nc_cat=0&_nc_eui2=v1%3AAeEkKElITvtd9PcplSqO-HNGYtxIL2VPB6lXJBGo_XqNLvYpGyuBGZrVcplNQ1lvrYvyhKE4d3Zlu4gm0gaxJcS9UrNUr4Sa2NKljlT6ziI_tg&oh=1ca43b65cff31dc3df082f64402d77a4&oe=5B6128BE ...

Re: KTM 1290 Superduke - Review

That's the price to change bikes mid policy I think Rossgo. I'm pretty sure it's not the total premium.

Re: Happy Birthday D6

Thanks fellas. Was good, spent a week in a cottage in Cumbria hills area. Some brilliant roads for bikes there. very tricky ones too with elevation and direction changes at the same time. Want to get up there on the bike.

I don't often say things like this, but with the 1290 it is the bike. Roll on the throttle from 40 in 3rd and before you an blink you are in licence losing territory. The worst part is, it doesn't feel that quick.

Re: Braked a bit too hard

Robert had a rear wheel collapse at the TT but that wasn't the accident that killed him, that was the one that should have killed him and meant he could only ever ride the smaller bikes afterwards because hes right arm was so badly damaged, and then the engine seized at the NW200 :(
