Re: Winter Driving

... it snowed, I would wake up real early and be out in either my mark 1 escort or a Capri ha ha those were the days, sliding all over the place was great, so long as nobody was near you ha ha. Now when it snows I hope I am not out in it in the car, people just go stupid, in fact any extreme (lightly ...

Re: ZX10 tuning info - Blade/Perkles/Rocket

Perkles... ORDER A NEW ONE!!! :O You will never ever need to modify it, EVER! You'll get great money for yours still (at least £9k) and that goes straight into the new one so you've got bugger all money to find (bugger all in relation to the overall cost).. Exhaust ...

... they know their product well. Believe me I did a lot of research on this. Without going into loads of detail we selected a map and have achieved great results. The fueling is buttery smooth and I have no concerns at all with the bikes fuelling or power delivery. The reason I went PC route and ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I've been focusing on Cardio mainly, weights twice a week cardio 3-5 times a week.

Yesterday I did a 25 minute run, 15 minute cycle and a mile swim. Felt great afterwards.

Going to hit legs hard tomorrow but tonight will be a 'pull' session

Re: What are you eating ??

The food I've had isn't great, but bear in mind I have to eat at hotels on a regular basis and it was better than 80% of those, but to give it some perspective I stopped using them 3-4yrs ago, I can get better for my money locally. On ...
