Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Also got new brake pads all around (EBC HH) what a difference that had made! I had Brembo pads on before which I was very happy with but these EBC ones seem to have s stronger bite. Although I can't be certain on that it could just be because they are new pads so makes it ...

... It was surprising how different it was. It felt like I was going warp speed!! The power just keeps increasing doesn't it... Like i've said before, I thought I made a massive mistake buying mine once I got it home, but when the weather got better and I gave it a thrashing (up to 12k before ...

... Enfield stand, then. Let those as like it see it! I had an FZ1 as a loaner last year for about 10 days and I LOVED it. Never had a nekkid streety before. Was fan-bloody-tastic. And the MT is similar, with a detuned 2015 crossplane engine, instead of a 2006 screamer. Wow. I bet it's awesome to ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
That sucks.. I'm half hour from Bristol and there is no sign of rain anytime soon..
Quite mild today also.
My bike progress is sadly on hold until my Uni work is finished. It would be a mistake if I finished the bike before my uni work, the first nice bit of weather and I would on the bike all day

Some very informative information Duke. Thanks for posting as I said previously I need to educate myself on this subject before I will vote which I imagine alot of other UK citizens share.

Sounds great Kwacky. Always nice to hear a good review and not just the bad ones. I think in modern life we tend to look for bad reviews before looking for good ones which is a shame.

Kawasaki Birmingham - a postive post
... The bike hasn't been washed (not part of the service) but it's not looked like someone with oily hands has worked on it. I gave the bike a clean before it went in and it's come back in the same condition. They charge £50 an hour which isn't the cheapest, but Mike now charges £45 and you don't ...

Just check the 10 has valves checked at 15k.
Surprised the high reving 600 has nearly double the mileage before the check but it's there in black and white.

... a recirc / reed valve is ? As not familiar with this on a 4 stroke and I like you like to do home servicing but have not come across this item before. Did you mean 25600 km as this equates exactly to 16000 mlies which is when 99% of manufacturers schedule the first valve clearance check.

Re: Katie Hopkins on the McCanns
Alot of uncomfortable truths in there for the Mcanns. But the bit that gets me the most in that article and I hadn't been aware of before is: "The night before she became a memory, Maddie asked her mother, ‘Why did you not come when Sean and I cried last night?" What is wrong ...
