Managed to sort it got some washers from a local motor factor. I have had problems with the brakes since I got it an got so annoyed after re bleeding several times I decided to try the master cylinder off my track bike. It works loads better even when the copper washers would not seal last night.

Johhny Rea has a lot to do in race one starting from 8th on the grid after a superpole crash. 2nd in warmup though so he has the pace. Should be a good race.

I went to the gym this morning after my hospital appointment.

It was packed with blokes in their early 20s. Brum must have a lot of muscly barmen.

Well, I'm glad someone else is getting something out of this thread. After much deliberation I've decided that the chain can wait until the bike is due it's first MOT a bit later in the year.

I'll work on the top half of the bike for now, the lower half can wait until later.

Make sure you stretch after a run mate. That will really help with quite a few pains.

But generally listen to your body, if it's hurting take a few days of running and cross train.
