I think BSD do a before and after run for comparisons.

You're looking at around 8bhp increase but it's more about the power delivery.

I put a decat pipe, race can and power commander on my zx10r.

I can confirm it was fast as fook before the work and is still fast as fook now (rock)

Cav, please don't take this the personally as it very definitely not meant to be, but I think you have greatly undervalued your audience in this thread.

Some of these old buggers have been messing up suspension way way way before you got your hands on it.

Rossgo. Go to your GP asap that's what they are therfore mate. If something is wrong your then in the system to get it put right. I was 6 months before I was told I need surgery and then a 4.5 month waiting list and that was a rush job on the NHS. My advice is get in the system and get professionally ...
