... a few on the treadmill so far, but one thing is for sure, my shoes are past their best. I have been running in Adidas Boost for the last couple of years, but I'd say I've put more than the recommended miles on them. The sole is 50% smooth! A work mate that runs marathons has recommended Hoka One ...

... were. I was at the other semi final that day at Villa Park as we were playing Everton. We were gutted to lose the game, our first semi final in 30 years, but when we heard what had happened at Hillsborough football became insignificant. Ironically our first game of the next season was actually ...

Re: The free press
Sadly it does, particularly in South America.
The main issue is that the police with the help of the government covered up a lot of evidence and it's taken 27 years to get this far. They knew well before the event that the ground wasn't suitable.

Re: What are you eating ??
Cheeseburger and fries with a Diet-Coke to keep my svelte figure to it's usual trim rotund form.
Why is it at close to 50, with only moderate exercise at the moment, I can eat as much crap as possible each and every day and still be the same weight as I was 30 years ago??
It defies logic.

Well done TC, it's not an easy thing to do, so you should be proud.
I forget how long ago it was that I quit, something like 12 years. I cheated though and used drugs, mind you I was smoking about 40 Marlborough red's a day...

Re: Maverick Vinales wants quick decison on his MotoGP futur
I'm not entirely sure he has done enough yet to warrant a top Factory ride. Once you take on those rides you have at best two years to prove yourself. Thing is teams need to secure talent for the future. Also as Yamaha have found out to their peril having two No.1 riders is not a nice ...
