Fajitas last night in our house, roast chicken for lunch later on.

I had a roast dinner last night.

Chinese last night, crispy duck starter, chicken soup, king prawns, beef in black bean sauce Ave aromatic duck.

Then a few pints before bed.

Sausage and beef tomato sarnie and a coffee in my free sports direct gargantuan mug. All brewed out for the day now.

Currently enjoying the perfume of chicken madras, korma and pilau rice emanating from our kitchen, one Hendicks & Fever tree down and a bottle of Mourvèdre for later on. Bring on the weekend!

Burger and chips, with a pint. Soon to be washed down with another pint.

Homemade keema and spinach balti. It was OK, lacked depth.

There is a difference between doing something with a higher risk involved and eating, drinking and/or smoking without giving a shit what it does to you. And that isn't to say that to some its a genuine illness, but there are many whose life involves eating all ...

Chicken potatoes veg gravy. Then for pud I had a chocolate muffin halved then poured a layer of Nutella on one of the sides then put the top on. Yum it was yum!!

Not really hungry so just having a sausage sandwich.

Had a large sausage bap up at a cafe called Jack's Hill Cafe near Milton Keynes it was massive!! I know it well, one of our customers is based right by the entrance (to the far left as you look from the road), there's always bikes coming and going there along with a peppering of oldies checking out...
