I'll do both and spare myself the inner torment.

Last night was homemade burgers with bacon and onions in a brioche bun (I'm trendy) and chipotle sauce. Which my lad thought was tomato sauce.

[SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND SMILING EYES] I find them really nice...plus no fat so when I come to clean up I don't have to scrap up the grease, instead it just wipes clean!! Same with mince actually I use Quorn a fair bit...easier to clean up after haha
