Re: What do you want to vent about today?

I found it good to post when my in laws were poorly. I didn't care if anyone read it or not, I had posted it and it's the process of putting thoughts into written word which helps you emotionally. Sometimes there isn't much you can do. I found ...

Why didn't they change the filter while they were servicing or do dealers not do this only the oil? Guess it's down to mileage if the service doesn't require the filter to be changed?

The M5 is a great tyre, I actually fitted M7's then when they were done went back to the M5, I liked them better. Did you get this quote from Gary ? If not I would ask him, he is normally very good on price. Saying that I normally just buy on line and take ...

Re: the liberals - unfortunately, a lot of people who were staunch Lib voters genuinely believed in the things that Clegg promised he would never turn his back on.

And now, they come behind the joke protest party for the single-issue, hard of thinking ****.

The LibDems telling us what they were going to do if elected to govern this country is the same as me telling you what I'm going to do to Dita von Teese.

Of course he doesn't. The Tories were blatant about what their intentions were before they had a majority, when Nick "I'm not pointless, honest" Clegg and his useless lot were supposedly holding them in check. Now, they're just ...

Re: Head or Heart?

My zx6r is an ongoing project and I've replaced loads of parts on it, including bolts. But I did that on the D600 and the 1050 Speed Triple as well as the CBR600rr and there were no build quality issues on the Honda. I like stainless steel bolts on a bike.

A couple of them were glorious. Really nice bikes, if you like the older kit.

Amazing to think that they're basically bitsas.

... whizzing past cars stuck in queues of traffic. Yeah, it was raining a bit, but so what? A little windy, too - I couldn't help noticing that there were less motorbikes on the roads this morning. Weird, because all the cyclists were out.

Braved the weather and rode it to work.

Good job as well because the motorways around Brum were more clogged up than a Glaswegian's arteries.

I don't think there are any particular horror stories about the 2010 Daytona as a lot of minor issues were ironed out in the 2009 update. It is quite stiff and tall though if you're a bit short! Just noticed you've already tried one so what are you waiting for lol?

If it were me the 675 for the noise but as Kwacky says there isn't enough difference to make the choice anything other than which one would you want to open the garage door for and see it waiting for you.

Plus you have the best Triumph dealer in the UK not far from you in Stoke.

When you posted "refresh", I thought we were talking new big end shells & new rings etc.. 8.5k miles isn't even run in yet for a Honda IMHO,
