Yes it's a very snug fit in there, I had to put the chain on the sprocket before sliding it on so I don't think a +1 would work on the front, it's a pretty tall geared bike so not many would want to go up on the front sprocket. I'm back from Jordan bikes already ...

Some Sony ear buds. I'm pissed off with the sound quality of cheap ones, and the fact the only last 5 minutes before they stop working out charging.

Tonight I'm going to see former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley in concert..... he'd quit (...or been fired, depending on who you want to believe) that band shortly before I saw them waaay back in the early '80s.

... to be honest I was ready for a little 40 winks when I got back. Pleased to say, considering yesterday was hard going, my body was not as bad as before... well happy with that. And managed over 10 miles walking today.

Sushi Was Jorjas turn for cooking dinner and she wanted to do sushi. ... So thought about Stow, way too cold for that long in the saddle. Ended up at Burford, then a different route back. Nice little trip out, then before I vegged out.... I made the effort to clean the minging machine. Roll on warmer weather, don't enjoy being cold.
