My dad was riding triumphs, BSA's and Nortons in the 60's, I remember staring at those photos for ages many times. So it's nostalgic for me

... ride :) I am sooo freaking old that when I passed my test, the examiner was on foot and there was only the one part. All four of my kids have had bikes, my daughter is the only one that still rides day to day though. She's on my YBR hack until we chop it in after she passes her test. Feel free ...

Re: 2016 Kawasaki WSBK

Lorenzo's qualifying time for Jerez this year was a 1min 37 .9 still impressive times though for bikes based on a production bike.

Not many riders lined up for WSBK at the moment though.

I'm sorely tempted to try and go to the Monza race this year at the end of July.

Re: 2016 Kawasaki WSBK

One wonders what the point of spending all that money on prototypes is? Especially when a tuned street bike can do that!

I guess the GP bikes are quicker in a straight line?

2016 Kawasaki WSBK

Tom Sykes and Johnny Rea are on fire on the 2016 ZX10R. Motogp pace on what are effectively tuned street bikes and production tyres show how good the 2016 ZX10R is already (y) World Superbike times 1. Tom Sykes GBR Kawasaki Provec ZX-10R 1m 39.313s 2. Jonathan Rea GBR Kawasaki ...

Re: Late start to programme costly - Ducati

They had the power and the speed. Handling is the main issue but Casey likes his bikes planted so he's probably the right person to tell them how to fix that.
