She was released with no charge.

Had a new tyre on the beemer, so took that out for a right good blast.... almost fell off on the motorway junction, a bit to aggressive on the roundabout (forgot new tyre!) lol. I dropped the MV off for us e service.

The sales guy told me that my old F3 dropped a valve, which got stuck.

So it looks like I sold it at the right time (lol)

I am now walking at least an hour every morning before work, buying a dog was the right thing to do
I feel calmer during the day and sleeping much better
I want to get fit ready to start doing some MX and hopefully keep up with Frankie :)
