Too much sugar, way to much salt, to much fat, this Fitbit calorie reader is showing up some real interesting nutritional facts about the food I am eating.....and these are foods you would not expect. Fish fingers come out well though ha ha

Personally I like to spend as much of my riding holidays riding and the rest drinking and eating.

I'm the same with Sking holidays, first on the lift in the morning last one down in the evening.

A ham omelette and toast for brunch, but as mini gee picks the menu tonight it's tacos for dinner.

Diet starts tomorrow. Sure sure! The missus made Cottage Pie tonight. Between 3 of us (because the boy is going through a 3 year phase of only eating chicken nuggets!) We'll usually get through about 2/3rds of it. The girls had their normal portions, and I finished the lot. I feel fat and bloated ...
