I've not been sleeping too well lately. My wife has started snoring. I used to have that problem. One of the advantages of being a biker is wearing ear plugs. I wear them in bed as well, shuts her out perfectly. I have used ear plugs when I sleep for nearly 30 years and SWMBO can snore ...
