Makes total sense to test it first rather than adjust it blind.. also be prepared to reset all suspension settings to the book!
I love that excitement of getting a new bike!

I don't mind it getting dirty, it then just needs another clean, I find it quite therapeutic TBH . It was still sunny when I got back so it was up on the paddock stands, make a coffee put the radio on and away you go, only took about ...

... of compensation. :S That poor girl.: 40mph head on with no crash protection to speak of is a VERY serious impact IMHO. Pleased to hear you're getting to grips with it Rossgo, useful extra roll experience under your belt even if it comes to nothing else in the end.

Monty, I don't think mine was ever designed to be waterproof. It doesn't look like it. I've certainly come home enough times with a bag full of water.
I know about the liners but that doesn't stop the water getting in and the front pouch getting soaked. The Overboard stuff is roll top and very good.

Trying to find out where one of my experts has disappeared to. The buggers have a habit of getting caught up in something else just when you need them to finish something for you.

I wa taking the piss about the german ones. I've seen a few European sellers buy Chinese stock and then sell it on. People obviously think they're getting better European products. I might see if I can find some footpegs for the ones I've got and see if that works. I've nothing to lose. http://www.sesraceproducts.com/footpeg--milled-knurl---8mm-thread--fp8h-167-p.asp" ...

... in terms of manufacture year so can't offer advice on that sadly. If I had £9k cash and was looking at one of those, I would strongly consider getting a small loan (or 0% credit card) to get the 2016 ZX10R as it's on sale for around £13k with an Akra pipe

Re: Prototype Vinyl Wrap
Thanks for the responses.. The bike is green but with the track fairings they'd be white. I considered getting the colour gel resin fairings for an extra £80 and not painting them but if I could get the vinyl sheet cheap enough I was going to try that. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/50/01/3f/50013f4342a6c9688dcde99dec947ab7.jpg ...
