Re: Bike Insurance
... 3 days I got a full refund and went back to Carole Nash and got what I wanted. Which was a good job as a few days later I sent the zx6r down the road. If I hadn't checked my Be Wiser policy I wouldn't have been covered and out of pocket to the price of a brand new bike.

Re: Kwacky's Kwik KTM 1190 Adventurer Review
Great bike but I don't think I was tempted to own one. If I was doing big miles and fancied the occasional off road then I reckon it's great but for commuting and weekend runs which is my riding then it's too big, too heavy and not nimble enough. You get great views for filtering ...

D6 I understand that feeling. I had a fox growl and follow me and my dog last year it put my dog off walking around the field in the mornings and she prefers just to go to the end of the road for her morning walk!

What I find is that even off the road for a week or so for what ever reason, I can tell the difference. For those who don't ride for months, it must make you feel very rusty coming back to it. As for the mornings, I was walking my dogs on ...

I was watching Bitchin' Rides on Discovery last night, and whilst I'm not a fan of 4 wheels particularly, and modern American muscle in general, seeing this go down the road was quite amusing...

SC are a track/road pad
RC is track only
I would keep buying the SC if it wasn't so expensive
I guess yours is the equivalent to an SA then, Road-biased pad

... technical info on chains. One thing I noticed was the very top spec 520 race chain had a higher tensile strength than some of the lower spec 530 road chains from the same manufacturer so as you say possible to get similar wear on a 520 if you go for the very top spec. Probably bores you but I ...

Where I live the closed pub is 5 km away up a 100km/hr zone road, with no verge to walk on. Plus being a single Dad now if I waited till I 'went out' I'd be having about 6 drinks a year.Kwacky wrote:It's very rare for me to drink in the house. I never have a hankering for it when I'm at home.
