I'm liking the Z8s on the SX, they seem to suit it. I'm getting decent mileage from them as well or though they are starting to square off but that's no surprise of 4,000 miles winter riding.

really enjoyed taekwondo last night ,lots of traditional training in lines,reminded me of karate.My legs are fooked today though ,it seems my upper body strength is coping but my legs are really feeling it.I want to try and train at least twice a week but they also have a sparring session ...
