8 hours driving to Norwich and back.
I'm shattered.
Sports massage later though so that should help me sleep tonight

Re: Crash protection
I'm just putting front wheel and swingarm bobbins on mine as replacement panels are very cheap for the ZX6. The swingarm bobbins are only really for the paddock stand, can't see them doing much in a crash. Might consider get some for the tank though at some point.

Haha.. you're braver than me already doing that in Winter !!
I'm just trying to make myself feel like a little bit less of a wimp
What tyres do you have on there by the way? Mines came with BT023s and I hated them.. better than the BT016s though

Re: Chilly ride to Wiltshire
At work so unable to watch the video - for the moment at least.
Riding certainly clears the mind though, I need to get riding again soon but I'm hoping off finishing my bike until next month because I have too many deadlines with work and uni. The bike is too much of a welcome distraction!!

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
... I noticed some rust. There are bits of it all over the bike that I need to address (a legacy from it spending 3 years not in a garage), so I thought today was as good a day as any to have a crack. Underneath the seat there's a sort of strut, I think it provides support for the seat or something. ...

I bet it did. To be honest I do agree though sometimes a bike can just be too big for a commute. Great too see well ahead but you can get that on many other bikes.

... touring tyres as the profile is very flat and round. My last bike had track tyres and a fairly extreme MCT setup. Can't wait to get back out on it though, sadly Sarah is working all weekend so it may have to be a nighttime blast.

It isn't just Tory thing though Monty. MPs from all Party's have been outed as a paedos. Obviously endemic in our corrupt political system.

Cracking day and really chuffed with the bike, need to sort the suspension out, new can and a tail tidy though. Not sure about the front end yet, brakes lovely but feels a bit weird/vague tipping in. Hard to say yet as I've not ridden a bike for nearly two years and only done ...

I'm pleased you liked it. But that didn't fit in with my joke.
Not sure in what way it looks less transformer than the MT10, though. In fact, not as nice looking to these eyes.
