Porridge but screwed it up put far too much milk in it!

Grabbed a bean salad from Corley services at 7pm after attending a breakdown in Telford.

We had an Indian takeaway this evening. It's probably the worst one I've had in years.

Grilled seabass with tandoori aubergine and mixed pepper rice. All made my by lovely wife for when I got back from the gym.

Coffee & cigarettes.

Lounging around the house doing nowt today......if I get the urge to do anything strenuous it'll be something arduous like shopping, eating, cycling, eating, cooking, etc.

If I get to feeling adventurous later, I might just venture out and by some cigarettes. Under adult supervision, of course.

Yesterday's roast pork is sliced and currently marinating ready for a stir fry later on.

Bacon and mushroom sarni for brunch, and a full roast tonight.

Jacket spud, beans and cheese. Can't be arsed cooking, Megans and boy are at a kids birthday party. Bowlocks to that.

A huge lamb rack in red wine sauce and mash and peas. Jess and I weren't to hungry so we decided to share a meal, thank god as it was huge! We both still ended up stuffed!

A mahoosive game pie and mash. It was flipping lovely, but that big I didn't have room for a pud.

Mayonnaise or tartar sauce? If you say ketchup, you're dead to me! What's wrong with ketchup??....Or "Tom-arh-toe" sauce, if you prefer?? I mean...it's not the most popular condiment The West for nothing?? Is it?? It's a good, solid, all-purpose sauce for most things 'sauce-able'. Ketchup...

BBQ of sausages and honey soy chicken skewers with pumpkin, feta, walnut, spinach, pasta salad.

Butter bean, chorizo and kale stew with crusty whole meal bread on the side.
