They're not requiring people to do anything other than drive to the standards of the driving test they passed to earn their licence....to maintain and practice skills they already possess.

As someone that lived there for 15 years and had children, the simple answer is to stop parents sending kids to anywhere other than their local school. Some people are driving their kids 10 miles across town to get a better school. Our old garden overlooked the local school car park, and ...

I think you've almost have to want to get bitten by a snake for it to actually happen.....the only time people get bit by a rattler here is when they fcuk with them....their bite radius is really not that big at all, and it's not like they don't warn people that they're there.
