Spanked it, got very wet, found some more dry roads and spanked it again, then got proper wet.

Got home and washed it.

Last strength session yesterday, muscle groups are tired so I was surprised to achieve 95kg for 3 reps on the Bench Press. Once I'd worked up to 95kg I subsequently did 90kg for 3 and 85kg for 3.

Weekend off now for recovery then into high intensity next week

Lol, I'm 86ish, I wobble when I drive and I can feel the layer of fat around my midriff when I slouch in a chair.

I too need to get my arse into gear and actually do some cardio work, I keep telling myself that I'll start next week.


I started saying that in February!

... again. I'm hoping for a long term 10kg weight loss but for now I just want to get back to sub 85kg. I'm hoping the weight will fall off in the next 4 weeks before I'm back to eating food full-time
