trying to stay calm , first round of the season this weekend and I am away in the morning to Brands , but feeling unusually hyper - not a good sign for my PTSD , I'll be OK once I'm on the road but I doubt I'll get much sleep tonight

If you've never been down the Usk/Chepstow/Raglan route you really are missing out !!!

If you want to stretch further afield than there, Llandover-Llanadog-Upper Bryaneiniemenienmnmnene is also a brilliant road over the Black Mountains
