Always good to slow down for blind bends even if you know the layout as you don't know what could be stopped in the road around that blind bend (shocked) .

Believe me I've had everything from Deers to Buses and everything in between (swear)

... (current insurer refused to quote) is £852 just for the 1299 without the sp2. Apparently not many insurance companies insure bikes over 10000 and even less do bikes over 10000 on a multi policy. I pay 202 for a zx10r valued at approx half the value of a 1299. What I don't get is a quadruple of ...

I've never had an issue with sunlight drawing out the oils either...and I get a LOT of sunlight. The heat from the sun isn't even remotely close to the temps. generated when the bike is ridden.

Re: £4bn to renovate the Houses of Parliament

There is no way on earth that they would consider building new premises for Parliament.

There's even less change they would consider 100 yards away from the centre of London.

Agreed.

Also, the fact he won a race gave him the confidence he needed. He is clearly good enough to win a race if he is on the MotoGP grid but without confidence everyone is nothing.

I say fair play to the guy, even if it's a one off thing

Isn't that always going to be the case though...a compromise?? And even that is entirely dependent upon the stance one takes in regards to the issues at hand.

The NHS is ALWAYS going to be playing a game of 'catch-up'...there's no two ways about it.
