The rest of the family had spag Bol tonight, but just to be different I knocked up a proper carbonara, what's not to like? Pasta, bacon, cheese and eggs with a big pinch of pepper.
Yeah Baby! I also ate way too much.

Spare ribs

Roast chicken same as Itchy. I've polished off a goodly amount of our fruit bowl and Stilton and crackers for dessert though, oh and a packet of haribos for good measure.

To celebrate St George's day I'm having a doorstep ham sandwich with English mustard and a mug of tea.

A shop bought Spanish omelette with a large mushroom, beans and rye toast. Lazy, I know but tasted gooood [emoji23]
